Jewish extremists set a number of Palestinian cars on fire in Jerusalem today.Palestinian witnesses said that Israeli police forces arrived on the scene, but made no effort to stop the extremists, who targeted vehicles belonging to the authorities supervising Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Jewish extremists had threatened, last week, in leaflets to retaliate against the Palestinians, if they continued to protest against the newly opened synagogue close to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Also, Israeli occupation forces closed down the entrance to Shuafat refugee camp and prohibited Palestinians from using it.
