The Campaign to Free Ahmad Sa'adat demands the release of all Palestinian Authority political prisoners and an end to the policy of security cooperation
View in Arabic
The Campaign to Free Ahmad Sa'adat demands that the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah and its security services to end its policy of political arrests and persecution, free all political prisoners from its jails, and respect the rights and dignity of the Palestinian people.
The Palestinian Authority continues to adhere to the policy of security cooperation with the occupier, and still continues its violations of human rights, further violating the rights of our people already suffering under Zionist occupation, facing systematic starvation, oppression, impoverishment and siege.
Ahmad Sa'adat, the General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and his comrades were victims of the policy of security coordination between the Authority and the Zionist occupier. Therefore, we must naturally reject and oppose the policies of the government of Salam Fayyad and the repressive practices of the security services which only further divide Palestinians, disintegrate the Palestinian national movement, and harm the image of the Palestinian cause and our national struggle.
The policy of political arrests is clearly deeply linked to the policy of security cooperation with the occupier. These attacks on the freedom of the Palestinian people serve the interests only of the occupation and the settlers. Instead of protecting the Palestinian people's resistance and its cadres and supporters in the West Bank, protecting the Palestinian people's civil institutions and charities, the Palestinian Authority chooses to breach all ties with the Palestinian national movement, violate the law, engage in arbitrary arrests and human rights violations, and harm the security of Palestinian citizens, violating their rights and dignity.
It is clear that the people of the world, as well as the people of Palestine, must stand to defend and protect the rights of Palestinian prisoners and the Palestinian people. We call for the widest public participation in Palestine and around the world for the freedom of prisoners in Israeli prisons and to confront the policy of isolation. Join with us on October 5-15 on the International Days of Action for Ahmad Sa'adat and all Palestinian prisoners, demanding an end to isolation and the freedom of all Palestinian prisoners!

Ahmad Sabbah, first deported Palestinian prisoner to Gaza as "infiltrator"
Ahmad Sabbah's family was waiting at the Al-Thahriyah crossing to receive their son after 10 years behind bars, but were surprised when Israeli authorities delivered the news that he had already been deported to Gaza.
Sabbah said the "discriminatory and harsh" decision was intended to further punish detainees and their parents. "There is a real war against detainees," the former prisoner said.
Deported to Gaza on Wednesday after his release from Israeli prison, Tulkarem native Ahmad Sabbah announced a sit-in strike at the Strip's northern Erez crossing in protest.
"I consider myself the first detainee deported to Gaza, and I will stay in this sit-in tent at the Erez terminal until I am allowed to return to my wife and family in Tulkarem," Sabbah said Thursday.

This is what the zionists do....it will be short lived because Palestine will be free...No Doubt about it
This last report about the zionist invaders of Palestine will start emptying the West bank of its population is not but one of the many actions they have been taking for more than 62 years .The only way we can stop those racist fascist invaders of Palestine is by making the colonization of Palestine become extremely costly to the zionists and all of their supporters so its would not make any sense for them to maintain its hold over Palestine .This can only happen when we all understand that the zionists came to our land to take it without its Arab inhibitors .Remember that they wanted to give the people who have no land (the collection of European zionists) ,the land (Palestine) that had NO people (the Arab Palestinians) . We need to understand that the fight with the zionist colonizers are not for borders but it’s rather for the very existence of the Arab Palestinians .
The sooner we understand this the sooner we will know that only by taking this cancerous body out of the region that peace will prevail. Its not logical or even possible to have peace with a collection of racist fascist zionist invaders and their off-shouts as long as they believe in the zionist manifesto which only means getting rid of the Arab Palestinians by any which way possible so they can have Palestine empty of its rightful owners.
There should be no two ways about it. A huge task? of course ,but there’s no other way around it because Arab Palestinians ,like the rest of people of the world should be able to live free on their land that is from the River to the Sea.

Palestinian prisoners begin hunger strike in Israeli jails
Israeli jails' authorities have been preventing the families of Palestinian prisoners who are from Gaza Strip from visiting them for four years.
The prisoners are being abused and their families members who are allowed to visit them.
Living conditions are bad in the jails as prisoners are banned from getting books.
Some Palestinian prisoners, including those from Jerusalem, are banned from completing their education and getting family visits.
Raafat Hamdouna, head of the Prisoners Studies Center, said that the hunger strike is the first of its kind in years. The strike should be supported and covered by media and legal bodies, he added.
Palestinian prisoners suffer from daily mistreatment due to the bad medical services, search policies, and the ban of visits.
A total of 11,000 Palestinian prisoners, including women children, sick and injured people are held in Israeli jails. 115 of them have been held in Israeli prisons for more than 20 years,14 of them have been held in Israeli prisons for more than 25 years, and three of them have been held for more than 30 years.

International Campaign in Support of Palestinian Political Prisoners
(Arabic translation follows) April 17, 2010 marks the 34th anniversary of Palestinian Political Prisoners Day. As this historic and important day approaches, several Palestinian organizations and solidarity partners feel it is a critical time, now more than ever, to shed light on the unsung and sometimes forgotten heroes of the ongoing struggle to liberate Palestine. There are a total of 7,300 Arab prisoners. Among them are 33 women and 300 children. 400 are from Jerusalem and the 1948 occupied Palestinian areas, 745 from Gaza Strip, and 6,155 from the West Bank.
Commemorate Palestinian Political Prisoners Day
April 17, 2010
We encourage all to organize local events to spread awareness on this critical issue by holding workshops, teach-ins, film screenings and various activities throughout the week.
On Saturday April 17, 2010, bring together community and allies to fly kites in support of the thousands of Palestinian political prisoners.

Ahrar center: Israel uses many torture means against Palestinian prisoners
Director of the center Fouad Al-Khafsh cited as an example that Israeli officers do not confine to tying the hands of Palestinian prisoners during interrogation, but they also severely beat them, deprive them from sleep and douse them with cold water.
Khafsh added that the Israeli allegations that tying the hands of prisoners behind their backs is something necessary to prevent prisoners from escaping or attacking interrogators is a flimsy pretext because everyone entering Israeli jails knows well the security fortifications and measures in such places.
The center director noted that these Israeli claims came after an Israeli organization submitted a complaint against the way of tying Palestinian detainees during interrogation.
He called on all organizations concerned with human and prisoners’ rights to file complaints with international institutions about Israel’s violations against Palestinians’ rights in its jails.
In another context, the Palestinian ministry of health in the Gaza Strip strongly denounced Israel for kidnapping a Palestinian patient called Ahmed Asfour as he was on his way to a hospital in occupied Jerusalem to receive medical treatment from injuries he sustained during an Israeli missile attack on the town of Abassan in January 2009.
In a press release, the ministry said that Asfour obtained approval to pursue his medical treatment in the French hospital in Jerusalem after his family coordinated his transfer to the hospital, but during his attempt along with his father to cross Beit Hanoun checkpoint last Wednesday, Israeli soldiers maltreated them, forced them to undress and confiscated their IDs, medical documents and medicines, before rounding him up.
It appealed to human rights organizations to intervene to get the patient released immediately from Israeli jails.
For his part, specialist in prisoners’ affairs Abdelnasser Farawana stated Tuesday that Israel’s insistence on not releasing hundreds of old prisoners and its evasion of its responsibilities towards the settlement process are the main reasons that prompted the Palestinian resistance to stick to its demands regarding the prisoner swap deal.
In a statement, Farawana opined that Israel’s insistence on excluding old prisoners from any deal, maltreating them and not providing them with basic needs, which led to the deterioration of their health conditions, made the captors of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit demand their release because there is no other way to free them after the failure of the settlement process to do so.

Death Penalty: A State Of Assassins !!!
You cant justify killing for killing, nor eye-for-eye policy, otherwise you would have a whole dead or blind society.
The US is probably the largest killer in the world [37 death penalty was executed only in 2008] in which a whole society is standing up to kill an individual for committing a crime that he is partially responsible for, while actually the whole society is the murderer !!! No one is born criminal or killer, but the social conditions are the main factor of criminality, and the social conditions are provided and shaped by the society and government !!
Israel is out of this debate, simply because it is so “democratic” and never committed such a punishment but once in 1962 against Eichmann, the Nazi. The human blood and life for Israel is so precious, specially the jewish one as it never executed anyone from the “chosen people”, the beloved sons of God !!! Can you believe this? I don’t, simply because I have witnessed the mass-killing Israel executing the whole people of Palestine. Inside “israel” the conditions are perfect for the jew “citizen” but in the occupied West Bank, it is hell for the occupied natives !!!
The israili systematic assassination policy is very well known. Israel has been using Death Penalty even before it was established and once it was terrorist groups of Lehi, Urgun, and Etzel, even a long time before they (the zionist terrorists) assassinated the Swedish noble and diplomat Bernadette…. It’s a Zionist systematic policy that was established on the assassination mentality, and the assassins mostly become the top leaders of Israel like Shamir, Sharon, Barak and the list is endless.
"Barak’s role in the assassination of Abu Jihad makes it clear that all wings of the Israeli Zionist establishment, the so-called doves as well as the open supporters of Israeli expansionism, are tied to the policies of state murder and mass terror. It substantiates the fact that the present recourse to political assassinations is part of a strategy to destroy the Palestinian national movement that has the support of the Labor Party leadership as well as Likhud."
A terrorist state (any terrorist state like israel) can allege that it doesn’t apply Death Penalty within its borders, and even that its “legal” system doesn’t have such a penalty, but on the ground they practice it openly and widely to annihilate the indigenous occupied people.
Since it was established, isreal has never committed Death penalty but once, however they (the Zionists) are applying a systematic and deliberate murder of a whole people. When its murderers reach to the top of the Government like Shamir and the current offense minister Barak (who slain three Palestinian leaders in Beirut with his bare hands), then the whole government is murderous!!
Hundreds of our leader, intellectuals, professors, students, prisoners, women, writers, thinkers, politicians, novelists, researchers, mayors, teachers, peace activists… have been deliberately assassinated by the terrorist state of israel. Over the past 100 years, the zionists have been targeting our elite to eliminate any possibility to have a healthy society and leadership, they are annihilating our people.
Hundreds of Palestinian prisoners were assassinated inside the prison after being caught and investigated like [Akkawi], others were released and shoot dead in the street a few days after being released. Hundreds of our leaders were assassinated in their offices, cars, homes or the street by the israeli assassination units that are ruling the Zionist state. Hundreds of writers, young peace activists, women were deliberately assassinated in their homes or in the street !!!
For the israeli terrorists, they are many different reasons to assassinate. Sometimes they murder a peace activist for his/her ability to convinces the Israelis and international peace activists to act, for his ability to cluster more peace activists [Abu-Rahmeh]. Sometimes when his impartial plan that is about to reach to a peaceful settlement [Bernadotte]. Sometimes students are killed because they are so popular in defending their cause specially those studying in the European Universities [al-Khederi]. Sometimes a leader is assassinated because he so influential in the International politics [Abu-Iyad]. Sometimes, a women is slain simply because her ability to organize and lead [Muna Dahi]. Sometimes a juvenile student is targeted for his a ability to move his fellow students to demonstrate [hundreds]. Sometimes a prisoner is assassinated for his ability to educated other prisoners [Ibrahim alraai]. Sometimes a writer is killed because he is internationally quoted for his authentic writings [Kanafani]. Sometimes a mayor is killed for being a leading national figure that unites Muslims and Christians together [Khalaf] the christian mayor of Ramalla. Sometime they assassinate Arab scientist for their abort their efforts [Almashad]. Sometimes they even slaughter European scientist who are about to reveal the zionist sabotage plots [Bonomo & Ferez]. Sometimes, simply because he doesn’t look good in the zionst eyes…. Shall we go on and name thousands of simple unknown martyrs who were targeted deliberately and shoot from “zero distance מדווח אפס”? if to use the zionist terminology after committing a successful assassination?
This policy has been followed all the time even by the zionist terrorists before establishing israel, and it was so clear when it was approved by the Knesset in 2000 during the second Intifada where hundreds were deliberately assassinated by the special israeli undercover units in a few months…. And still this systematic killing is going on !!!
So, israel never assassinated but Eichmann? I can believe this only if I am crazy or fool !!!
It is not necessary to have a “legal” system to legalize Death Penalty, but you can simply do it widely and systematically while alleging of being a so “Human” occupation and the “only democratic oasis” in the Middle East !!!
